Prof. Rajat Moona, Director, Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar visited Society for Electronic Transactions and Security (SETS), Chennai (Under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India) on 06 March 2026. He interacted with scientists and project teams engaged in research and development and appreciated the R&D activities and specifically the SETS VPN solution that is deployed for key agencies. In his address he brought out the strengths of R&D organisations like SETS, C-DAC, DRDO, C-DOT and others and emphasised the importance of developing indigenous technology and wide scale deployment and usage towards Viksit Bharat.
